The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has provided guidance for school settings. Metropolitan Transitional Academy will take the steps needed to prevent the introduction and spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and to protect students, teachers, administrators and staff.

The Metropolitan Transitional Academy will be a School of Excellence where our students will focus on meeting and exceeding the State Standards. The Metropolitan Transitional Academy will create an innovative school where students acquire a rigorous academic foundation that they can apply in the community and the world around them in meaningful ways.

Metropolitan Transitional Academy graduates will be responsible, engaged citizens, with employability and post-high school options who are prepared to be leaders of the future.
